...ending with a bang!

I am officially done doing sessions for 2007!  2007 has been a wonderful year, so thank you to all the families who trusted me to capture the beauty and souls of your children and the love within your family!  I am going to be posting some differnt things over the next few months, so my faithful blog followers wont quit checking in :)!

This darling family was out from Texas for Thanksgiving. I'm glad I decided to do "just one" more session, because they were great!  Dad, I fear for you in about 8 years!  Your daugthers are beautiful....good luck keeping the boys away! And of course, little G was a great to!

 

Oh the joy....

A shoot with this family is always a treat!  The mom is so prepared, with BEAUTIFUL, no AMAZING, dresses for the girls to wear and super accessories to boot! I'm fortunate to see these girls for a session 3-4 times a year. Miss A is fun to joke with and is getting great at this modeling thing! Little Miss M is shy at first and then full of energy!  If I hide my camera  she'd come out from behind mom's leg.  Here are some from our latest session.

This little girl was so cute and had the GREATEST hair!!!

And another cutie with curls as well!! She had such a fun personality- it really shows through in the pictures!

I am so lucky to have such loyal clients!  I have so many clients that keep coming back--so THANKS!  This darling family came to me pre-cute little Amanda (or Panda as they called her).  How fun to have a house full of girls!  I'm the only girl in my house, so it is hard to imagine!  These girls( and mom and dad) are not only beautiful but also very easy going and sweet!  Yes, parents out there- the more relaxed you are (I know it's hard on photo-day) the better the experience for everyone!

man's best friend....

is a dog, or so they say!  I never guarantee great animal shots, because I can't bribe them or tell them my corny jokes. And truth be told.....I'm a teeny bit afraid of dogs!  Well this dog and these girls were so gentle and well behaved.  I really ended up loving the shots w/the dogs.  The parents said the dog was their first child, so really a part of the family! So I'm glad we were able to get some "family shots"!

So here's a sneak peek to the L family!

 

9 month olds...

One of my favorite ages to photograph is a 9 month old!! They are usually so smiley and happy, yet they aren't yet mobile!!  Combine a smiley 9 month old and some darling hats and it makes for a pretty cute combo!! I had the chance to photograph this family last fall, minus this sweet girl, so it was fun to me the T family's newest addition!

With that combination, how can these not turn out darling?  This is an alley I used to take dance at, many (to many) years ago!!  The M family thought it'd be fun to do something different and go for a more urban look.  Little Miss S (the older one) is a poser so we had fun with her.  Little Miss J, just wanted to do her thing!!

I never would of thought I'd do pictures by a chain link fence!
